My First Dinner

All of you who know me, know that I hate cooking! You know that I have NO IDEA how to cook. Well..... Tuesday, November 10, 2009 I made my first meal. This is how it goes:

1st: I get on the sexy apron

2nd: I study the recipe

3rd: I find all of the ingredients needed

4th: I mix all of the ingredients

5th: I get ready to put my Enchilada's in the oven

These enchilada's actually turned out to be DELICIOUS!!!

Next I had to make dessert:

I stuck with the easiest dessert ever... Apple crisp!

As you can see... I really had to concentrate on sifting the flour

Blonde Moment #9,253

I find it appropriate that I share with you my blonde moment because my blog title is "The Blonde Adventures of Amanda". So here is the most recent blonde moment:

I was on a date and my date wanted me to listen to one of his

new favorite bands named Barcelona. I asked him if it

was like the country Barcelona in Spain.

Ya he looked at me like I was retarded and then laughed.

I kept talking about the country Barcelona in Spain

and I said "It's kind of like Canada and America,

"they might as well be one country"

I stopped talking for 2 seconds and the light bulb clicked!

That's when I realized... Barcelona is a CITY!

Halloween is not my favorite holiday, but I decided to be a sport and dress up for my work party, if you can't tell I am a cat. Being a cat was fun, the little kids that came in loved me! But next year I think I will be a princess!!! I hope everyone had a fun Halloween!!
