San Diego

Last week I took a road trip to San Diego.
We found this random place
They really served "Alient Jerky". It was a very interesting and weird, creepy place.

The night we drove in we visited La Jolla Beach. It was absolutely gorgeous!
The best part was the Seals that just chilled on the beach.
We could get really close!
One seal actually chased after Alissa, it was hilarious!

Day 2: Sea World

I haven't been to Sea World since I was 5.
A lot has changed but it was still cute.

Day 3: Beaches and shopping
At Seaport Village we found a hat shop...
Super ugly hats!

Mission Bay beach was incredible! The sand was perfect,
the water was perfect!
La Jolla cove was absolutely incredible!

Day 4: Universal Studios

I'm a HUGE fan of Desperate Housewives.
This is Wisteria Lane
 Where they film the show!

Day 5: Las Vegas

We spent the last night in Vegas

PS: Funny knee only sun-burn

Just a Note

Today I really miss my brother.
I miss his constant singing,
I miss his sense of humor,
I miss his smile.
I just miss him!
I love him so much and took for the granted the time I had with him.

I wish I would've played more tennis with him,
sang more duets,
watched more movies.

2 years isn't too far away right?
I can handle 2 years,
I have 2 weeks down already!

1st Business trip & IRock

Last week (Monday and Tuesday) I went on my first business trip.
I traveled to LA and stayed in the LAX Marriott. I had my own king size bed and room.
It was awesome! I feel like a grown up.

__________________________________________________________
On Saturday Josh and I decided we wanted to do something other than
our dinner and movie.
So we went to IRock!

I am not as strong as I thought I was. I am still sore.
But it was the funnest activity ever!

ALEX MISSION CALL

At 5:58 am (yesterday), the Post Office called to let us know there was an envelope addressed to Elder Alex Denning. All day we waited to hear where my little brother would be called.
To find out here he is going...click HERE!
 Alex has amazing Friends.
The boy at the bottom right (in the white)...
He also got his mission call yesterday.
He is going to Portugal.
Yay for righteous boys!

I love my brother and am so proud that he chose to serve a mission.
He will be a wonderful missionary!
